Horace, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, but you’re looking at the wrong Xray… that belongs to a human, although most times you do act like one….☺️
This reminds me of when years ago a friend dislocated his hip while skiing in Switzerland and ended up in a local hospital. As we were a group of Americans on a trip we had our bus stop at the hospital to pick him up on the way to the airport. He came out to the bus on crutches and holding a large envelope. Once on the bus he pulled out an X-ray to show everyone, similar to Horace’s except it showed a very prominent lower appendage, which X-rays can sometimes do. I don’t know if he realized that at the time. It’s good that Horace’s was missing that.
“Doctors don’t seem to realize that most of us are perfectly content not having to visualize ourselves as animated bags of skin filled with obscene glop.”
well, that proves X-rays don’t pick up inner beauty Horace… but you do share your invisible abundance with all of us…! Here is a quote “Beauty is in the heart of the beholder.”― H. G. Wells

Some cannot seem to see their inner beauty even when it’s shown to them.
