A very long time ago I had a set of bicycle rollers from Nashbar, but that looks like a great idea.
Looks like the motor on that treadmill is at least 1 horsepower.
Nothing like extra parts to tangle with your legs when you fall over.

I’m sure someone is selling these. Probably about 10 grand, 15 grand if they include a built-in computer and monitor.
Still no musculature in those legs….
