Good morning! I just thought I’d tell ya, I have this condition, that causes me to scream bloody murder until the elevator reaches my floor… I work up on the 40th floor, so don’t be alarmed… I just wanted to let you know… so how’s your day goin’?

I feel like I have to fake smile the whole time I am in an elevator with strangers, which makes my face hurt.
