Sugar high.

I wanted something different for breakfast and got Post Grape Nuts. It is the only one I know that isn’t sugar with some grain in it.

Never understood the whole “add a bunch of dreck to your coffee” bit. I prefer mine straight up, with maybe a shot of good Irish whiskey on a cold evening.

It’s a chance to sell sugar and milk at coffee prices. It killed the old-style local coffee houses.
