So you know for sure it’s him.

Poor Ugly Doug. RIP.

Because he couldn’t look any worse?

Did she have to call him Ugly Doug?

Wasn’t that obvious? Or isn’t that redundant?

Then again, look at who’s calling someone else ugly?

Beauty and Ugly (Ugliness) are in the Eye of the Beholder.

Doug was fairly average, compared to the folks in this strip.

He was so ugly, the mortician had to put a bag over his head in order not to be so distracted. Crooked nose, bug-eyed, and huge mouth!

Interesting. Then only attractive people should have open caskets. Hmm. :)

There’s only one good reason for an open casket – the deceased is a king or president, and people need to see for themselves that he’s really dead.
