How will Dick practice his lines? Has somebody dropped off a script that we haven’t heard about?

How would a unit watching his house interfere with his studying the play?

Dick’s nose has sure grown in that last panel. maybe Tess popped him one.

I always liked Walter Brennan.

It’s a wonder that there isn’t another sign under the main one, “Room and Board”.

It’s the perspective….. When you draw with crayons it’s hard to make little tiny lines.

He knows it’s just a prank in the same way he knows what lines to practice: he’s psychic. That also explains why the police keep him on in the light of all his other…ah…shortcomings.

quite a way with words….I have read Dick Tracy over theyears….and have been a fan since i first saw Tracy. I “know” Tracy will always come out ofthe case “smelling” like a rose !

Climbing the steps would no do much good as there doesn’t appear to be a door to enter through once you get there.

YES ! - A new SIGN above the Naperville Police Station. Have they now replaced the “Major Crime Squad” with a “HOOTERS” Department ? Or has my eyesight gone another notch down (?)

As I noted before they will need a” vaccancy” sign. Lizz is the only potential “hooter” in the department but she ain;t got no “HOOTS”

Oh but she used to … va voom, apparently becoming Chief causes a physical change in whom ever is holding the Job Chief Brandon was senile, Pat Patton became fat , Liz became androgynous.. it must be the radiation from that sign on the building.

Right now the sign this strip needs is HELP WANTED !

Tess is going Japanese, she’s really going Japanese, I really think so.

“Nothing is too good for you, Dick Tracy” sounds like a threat? You should move out of your house?

That must be why there are so many empty homes … and so many homeless people … I thought it was foreclosures, but I guess I was wrong. I guess somebody hove a rock through their window with a note that said “Nothing is too good for you, (insert name here)” so the police chief told them “You can’t stay in your house.”
