That’s a mighty big gun you’ve got there, Ms. Blaze…

    Good morning, Vista Bill.

Gotta love the image in the rear-view mirror. Those few shapes give your imagination all it needs to see Flaky Biscuits’s fear.

No more Flakey Biscuits? Or will Blaze want to take her for a ride to some more fiendish fate?

G’morning, Vista Bill, Tarry, Margueritem, etc.

I know it’s wrong to cheer for the bad guys, but I’ve been hoping we’d see this ever since ol’ Flakey killed Hot Rize and (faster’n you can butter a biscuit) turned star witness.

Tarry, one question – did Mike and Joe plan Blaze as they were working on the Flakey Biscuits story, or was she created because Hot Rize proved so popular a villain (and her death was essential to the storyline, so she couldn’t be saved)?

Boy, not even one complete week of this story, and we’ve a clutch of villains knocking each other off! Woo! Gosh! Love it!

Go Blaze! You da gal! Pump her so fulla lead she sinks! I can’t believe she gets a witness protection thing and goes right back into the same business! Nice-looking silencer, Blaze!

Blaze better watch herself if she ever gets a hubby. We guys get nervous when a woman throws down with a silencer!

Turns out it’s a hearse, not a limo. Ms. Biscuits won’t be rising again.

I wondered about Ms Biscuits too. If you really want to disappear, first thing is to change just about everything that might make it easy for your enemy to find you. Doing a TV show like the one you had before “ain’t it”.

I don’t think Blaze is going to take her for a ride. She’s in the back seat, and Blaze is not going to be able to drive and keep her under control. But we’ll see.

Ms. Biscuits is about to be ventilated. Another well thought turn of events … and just more proof that the new Dick Tracy is the best continuity strip in print.

HannoX, I can think of a pretty credible set of circumstances where Hot could have survived. If you use your imagination, you can, too. One thing this strip has done is fuel rusty imaginations – which is great!

And that’s a way to keep this strip fresh. Taking a page out of Chet’s book is the way to go, Mike. Great work! This keeps getting better by the day.

@morrowHave you forgotten that Sam kneeling over her body stated that Hot was dead? He’s seen enough dead bodies to know and I’m sure he checked her pulse. Of course, Mike could have pulled the trick that she knew yoga and had slowed her metabolism down in order to survive being buried in flour, but that’s kind of a cheap trick that I don’t think Mike would have wanted to use.

@APersonOfInterestThank you, but it was a rather obvious idea that I’m sure Mike or Joe would have come up with before long. But she probably would have had another name than Blaze. Like many others here I liked Hot and wanted her to come back. A twin sister seemed the best way.

The details in the artwork and the storyline are just so good it’s almost real. I have a friend that named his son Blaze, and his last name is Beir (pronounced bear). By the way, she is as cute & sexy as her dead sister, while Miss Biscuits has probably not had a good kiss in a long time. Too many biscuits as not enough biscuits are hard on a loving relationship.Morgueritem, I’ve wanted to say that we (here at my place) love that avatar! It really is just like W Ash said when one is looking down the barrel of a .44 or even a .22 objects appear larger than they are. I know that from experience of many years ago. I live out in the country, and often I still carry a .357 Smith & Wesson. Just sayen.

Joe Staton has to be the best hand artest ever! I too am an artest, and good hands (even in gloves) are tough to draw and make fit and look just right.

Miss Biscuits really has earned a slug. She was a wimp when she killed Hot Rize; I just hope it’s quick.

Well it was a local cable access channel. Tell he truth, when was the last time you watched a local cable access channel? When was the last time anyone watched a local cable access channel who didn’t actually work for a local cable access channel?

@436rge—Actually Blaze looks like Starr Twinkle St. John, Brenda’s daughter. Brenda’s nose is small and straight. Plus, Blaze doesn’t have stars in her eyes. ;-)
