    Perry & Jimmy’s Restaurant? Is it a White/Olsen venture? ;>)

She really likes being pampered and him … what can you say about an overgrown player, rip-off artist that enjoys eating the sea bottom garbage cleaner and with money that he stole. He needs a haircut too. This bum will get his I’m sure. Still this is a fantastic comic.

Everything’s set, until the assistant gets to Mr Potter’s bank and finds the deposit is short…

Thunderchild’s a jerk but it seems like Patty is trying to stay ethical.

just because patty doesnt know that thunderchild stole the money THIS TIME doesnt mean she’s an angel. remember… she IS the one who “strongarmed” herself into the mole’s charity just to increase her client’s profile and get him more money in his new contract. and she’s not OBLIVIOUS to the fact that t-child has sticky fingers either.. she’s said it ebfore… so why leave all that cash out in the open and even worse.. turn your back on him with it all there? she’s guilty to a lesser degree than he is. he’s a thief, SHE’S an enabler!

Thunderchild is going to kill the Mole and then DT will end up duking it out with him. You read it here first.

I’m sort of hoping that when the money shows up at the bank it is a LOT shorter than it should be: Thunderchild took some of it, but she took a lot more. knowing her client has a history of sticky fingers will make him the perfect fall guy for a major theft.

the innocent “we’re not doing this again” line is to try to establish that she isn’t crooked to any witnesses at the restaurant, and the fact that she’ll be gone the next day is so that she can hit the road and disappear with the cash.

Maybe the Mole will end up confronting Thunderchild.

I don’t Mole will be killed. It’s Patty or her assistant I fear for. Especially now that Patty has told Thunderchild that the money is going to be deposited in the bank after dinner.

Love the menus, with Perry’s and Jimmy’s faces on the lobsters! And it looks like everything is coming together. No doubt Thunderchild will steal the cash, but what else? Will he go so far as to murder Patty?Once again, Mike keeps us guessing!

First Jerry Lawler and now Pappy & Jimmys! It’s another Memphis reference, Dick Tracy-ized!

Hey! Looks like a reference to Pappy and Jimmie’s restaurant in Memphis! Never been there, but it’s been around a long time. http://flic.kr/p/5h8XTJ

Patty may not be exactly “innocent,” but it looks as though she is not criminally culpable, whereas Thunderchild may be criminally guilty but seems so amoral that he may not understand that he is committing crimes. Or at least so it seems today…..

Only Mike Curtis can combine great seafood with a Superman reference and make it work. I cannot say ENOUGH how much I appreciate him and Joe’s fine work on this strip.
