Enhanced eh? Let’s see….a movie nut enhances a murderer’s hot rod…..I’m thinking James Bond defensive devices like machine guns, oil slicks, improved engine, bulletproofing, etc.
Historical note:The James Bond Aston Martin resided for many years at a restaurant in North Vancouver, BC, called: “Frank Baker’s Attic.” It was displayed in a street-level showroom alongside a George Barris-created 67X custom Olds Toronado (one of four grand prizes for Expo ‘67, sponsored by Esso) and…..John Lennon’s Gypsy-painted Rolls Royce! The restaurant was also famous for its huge collection of genuine Tiffany lamps.
This explains why it didn’t quite look like the original. Presumably it was “enhanced” during the extensive rebuilding after t was messed up at the end of its first appearance.
Hit the road Jack and don’t you come back no more no more no more no more!
.The chase is on the challenge beginsTo catch a bad duo who must pay for their sinsThe head start they have will make it quite toughThe vehicle they have might just be enoughTo put enough distance between them and the lawTheir plan is good but it does have a flawThe weather is bad the road filled with perilWhat will they do when the car starts to twirl?
Now we have several squad cars at the Lyric, so I guess Tracy and Sam had some help in their search, which they are now breaking off in order to pursue the Nitrates.Do the MCU detectives normally use marked squad cars?
The man at the museum told S&S the car was ‘Fully Restored’. I don’t remember him saying “Plus some modifications”. A true restoration facility would never ‘enhance’ a car, just make it the way it was.
I know this is a nit-pick, but how the sam hill do the Nitrates even know how to drive this thing, let alone how to use its bells and whistles?.Unless, as someone else surmised, perhaps the Nitrates really are distant relatives to the Flattop family..And perhaps, they really are the owners of the car….Last, and certainly least: Perhaps Dick had better borrow that Batmobile in the background!.Oops! Wrong Dick! Dick Tracy, not Dick Grayson!
Even if Silver & Sprocket had the most fantastic J. Bond Batmobile in funny page land, they are not prepared to be stuck in a blizzard….snow is coming down..
I doubt Stilletta or her family are legal owners.Family usually get rid of cars or guns involved in a violent death (especially of a family member). And a car from a well-known criminal – even as wreckage – could command top dollar from a car collector. If Silver and Sis really are the owners (even under an assumed name, as if “Nitrate” isn’t an alias), then they could add anything they wanted to the car (even snow tires). And as long as the modifications didn’t affect the car’s appearance, it could be displayed.
That’s supposed to say “any” poems" and I know that you never claimed my poems are better. I’m just making a point that I admire your effort and the result was appreciated.

One of the enhancements Nitrate made to the car is the rear popcorn blaster, it shoots a blanket of popped corn behind it.

Enhancements better include studded snows, or they won’t be running very far…..

Wouldn’t a vehicle curated for a museum be drained of fluids like gasoline, oil, radiator fluid, brake fluid, et cetera?

My question is didn’t the Nitrates catch a train out of town? How in the world did Tracy catch up with them so fast?
