I think:

Straight voice bubble pointer is Tulza Tuzon.

Curved pointer is Haf-and-Haf.

Jagged bubble is Splitface.

3 personalities, three different voices and the lead one is Split Face. Nice look of darkness and abandonment.

Did his brain callous over ?  If it didn’t then it must have a see through plastic shell to keep the outside out and his “juices” in.

I have been that kind of place on a cold night.

I quite like the design. “Splitface” is applied much more literally than I’d expected.

This is very much a Gouldian villain.

Notice the sign? Spacely’s Sprockets? (The Jetsons)?

A very troubled individual!

Is that a tribute to the “Jetsons” in panel one with the abandoned factory being an early version of “Spacely Sprockets”?

This guy has issues on SO many levels

Jezzz…Team Tracy is pulling out all the stops for Splitface. I’ve never seen such a phantasmagoria even in my dreams. He’s mentally as well as physically a horror.

Hmmm. A woman in the moon (the craters being eyelashes), with a tear in one eye?

aaaaaaaaannnnnnnddddd yet ANOTHER wasted day with no moving the story forward.

at this rate, Tulza will JUST come into conflict with tracy before the SWEATBOX EXPRESS comes rolling into town

BTW.. anyone else notice “SPROCKET” on the warehouse sign?

Okay. Guess I’m the fifth one to notice Spacely Sprockets. Though, on my computer, I had to blow it up to see it. So, yeah, I only saw it because one of you guys had already pointed it out.

And with that, my prediction: A cross-over with Scooby-Doo!

I’ve already decided that Luann is a comic that I check in on once a week.

I guess Dick Tracy is becoming another.

That is one fugly villain. I think that he’s allowed a wee bit of madness.
