Maybe it’s near “Pouch’s park.” The cam image is 8:37 and we were told that the murder happened around 6:00, so Tiger Lilly took a bit of time, maybe, before deciding what to do with the body. So, they can see that it’s Tiger Lilly, but they don’t have a positive ID on the body. I guess this is the first indication that Tiger Lilly was involved in the case.
I’m pretty sure that Tracy’s suit jacket should not be yellow! Sometimes I wonder if GoComics is trying to ruin the strip.
