I see the heart on the bottom of the sign. The shape on the apron strings are the bow….. or a very crooked heart.

No the heart is one the sign that says For every door closed… . in the top left hand corner right below the flower. And it looks like one in the bottom rioght hand corner of the note too by the flower again.
