I’ll lay 5 to 1 it’s the Chinese translation that’s wrong (it’s very easy to get Chinese wrong).

Dude you’re getting a Dull - cheap knock-off of a Dell. Good luck with that.

if you worked in a chinese factory, you’d be mad , too….Labor unions are a slightly discouraged (cue an AK47 firing off a clip)

….I wouldn’t work there for all the tea in…..

In fact, working in a chinese factory would be similar to this job I once had in Tulsa………

Me too, nighthawks. Only it was in Altus in the southwest corner of OK; I was in the Air Force and I had to cut the grass where only dirt “grew” and if I’m not mistaken my pay was less, too.

I once worked for a French company that bought Italian made equipment that I sold in California. The instructions for one part (vacuum pump) had been translated from French to English, before that they were translated from Italian to French and before that they had been translated from English to Italian. The vacuum pump had been made in Taiwan for a California company. The instructions I was given made no sense whatsoever so I called the California supplier. I wish I still had both sets of instructions.

The “t” in, “…it will.” All the other letters are upper case.

1st mistake: Burl bought a computer. This is analogous to buying a swimsuit for the cat. (Even if you get the cat to wear it, your life and the fate of all humanity are at risk at any attempt to use it for it’s designated purpose. 2nd mistake: Dude, you bought a Dull! Cheap knock-offs like that have a 98% failure rate out of the box. This MAY negate point one, but a 2% risk of making global warming a moot point is a bit high. 3rd mistake: Even in the original language, the computer instructions are gibberish even in the original language.

I still fondly remember the english instructions that were on a package of firecrackers: Place on ground. Light fuse. Retire quickly.
