All too true. I used to scold other drivers if I saw them toss something; now that they may all be armed, I mind my own beeswax. And Leaky, I answered your question from last night.

Even though we have some litter still of course, one of the best things that helped to decrease litter like this in my state was the Bottle Deposit Law. After it was enacted, most bottles cost 10 cents a piece and people quit throwing them out their windows. Unfortunately, some political parties are against the law, and are working to rescind it (have been for decades). I would like to see the “deposit” law go into effect for all containers so that they would be forced to be returned and recycled.

I saw a car before with bumper stickers on the front. I was trying to read them and got hit by the car.

volunteer litter group here complained to the city about picking up nearly identical garbage at one location, over and over. guess what? the cops changed their speed trap location. no more trash.

At first I thought this was supposed to be a Ford Fiesta. They need a new model called the SNAFU.
