Verl dreams of holding his hand at “their” little French bistro….where he takes her every Friday…. and says “Have the filet mignon, darling.”Meanwhile, they go (Dutch treat, of course) to get a hot dog at 7/11….

5 colors.. 5 places, Jerry doesn’t travel much does he?Verl sure got exited about them anyway. Wish she cold go to all those places with him. How far did he have to go for the White Hen Pantry anyway?

I used to collect matches when I was kid, used to be a fun thing for kids to collect to show all the places and states they’d been to. Grow up Jerry! Hopefully someday someone will use this jar for an ash tray.**Classy Home bar, Beer signs and matchbooks. Doesn’t appear that he has offered anyone refreshments, cheapskate.

This is just weird!

Do places still give away imprinted matchbooks these days? I don’t remember seeing any lately (not that I look for them). Almost every wedding used to have them too. Do they now?

At least, they are well matched.
