That sweet Burl…. he’d also bought her the movie “Home Alone,” but he took it back when Joy said was about a kid, not an older woman.

Burl is such a thoughtful guy. Hates doing anything for her anyway. .

She mostly does her chores. Didn’t she fix her gutters once before?

I think she can do without Burl anyway, she would be better off. Maybe Joy will like the book and keep it for herself.

This is not the first time Marlene has uttered admiration for Burl:1. Watch out Joy, she might be hittin’ on Burl.2. Just how bad is Dale if he makes Burl look “good”?

I don’t think any of them need lessons in lifting heavy objects, they all do it every time they get their butt off a chair to get a snack.
