Burl should demand some respect from the Trooper when he’s pulled over. Those guys respond well to a tough talker like Burl. Joy could help out by firing a few zingers at him while digging through her purse.
Joy could tell the trooper that she doesn’t have any drugs in her purse before he gets a chance to say a word.
