A 20% tip for a charter or tour driver is considered proper. But I suspect this driver has a finely developed sense of who he can expect to stiff him for the tip. He should stop the group for lunch at the Bloated Bovine or some other all you can eat buffet attractive to such trough feeders. That will insure that the Penny’s are the last to finish, and they can wonder when the bus will be back for them.

The tip percentage is higher when the Pennys get on. They need to sit on the opposite sides of the bus.
