I would think those shows are more in the cat’s purview. Now, “Lassie”, “Rin Tin Tin”, “Ol’ Yeller”, “White Fang”, etc, are more Sophie and Annie shows.

We keep watching Annie try to get up on the furniture pulling with her front legs. It’s actually even cuter when she lifts up that first rear leg and is pulling herself up with all three legs. It’s just like Dougie does only Dougie will grow up and Annie will always have to pull herself up.

And then there was our former neighbor who believed in multitasking with single piece of equipment. He would mow his lawn, then lift up his lawnmower and use it to trim his shrubs.

Well, now there is a cliff hanger. Men and ladders have provided entertainment for others for centuries.

Years ago, a pastor I knew was up on a ladder working on the carport over the churches front doors. He had the ladder at to steep an angle, and it went over backwards with him on it.

After he landed on the ground with the ladder on top of him, one of our men walked over and asked “Can I laugh now?” Made a great story for his next sermon.

Wonder how long it’s been since he trimmed the bushes last. Wouldn’t think you’d need a ladder.
