My Lab Carmy loves to go on walks, but she has developed this daily routine. She hates her harness and refuses to come to me if I hold it and tell her to come. It is her way to protest having to wear it. But, she wants to go for the walk. So now I hold her leash and tell her to come and she does. Once I have attached the leash to her collar I then slip her harness over her and attach it. Then I take her leash off of her collar and attach it to the ring on her halter. This is the routine we have to go through everyday

Yeah, I’ve seen that particular problem before with my dogs. They are so anxious to play their tails sort of send them into circles.
