But then, if it were my garden, there probably wouldn’t be any peppers planted in the first place, so… :P

Mr. Anderson broke the 1st law of cartooning. When discovered by the authorities he will spend a very long time in cartoonist prison for it. His crime? He drew 4 fingers on the hand of the man in the chair. By law, fingers in cartoons cannot exceed 3.
