I’d just scoot her over and share the chair with her, on my lap. Yip yip yip yip yip

Her price is a donut, if you want her to vacate the chair. We all know that! Yip yip yip yip yip

Pets are not stupid! They seem to know if you’re trying to fool them.

She’s onto your tricks now.

Just trying to get you out of his chair.

You have to start while she’s still small. Gently pick her up and set her on the floor, saying, “DOWN, Sophie.” Pet and praise. After a while, if you’re lucky, she’ll decide to get down on her own for the petting and praise.

I get the impression that Dad’s tried this trick before.

If you’re serious, jiggle the keys.

Dad, get a second chair. lol. :)
