Our dog only “talks” to us when we’re in the kitchen and she has a lot to say.

Exactly what both our dogs, and often our cat, do when the Reddi Wip comes out of the refrigerator. Best behaved animals on the planet for two minutes. Afterwards, it’s back to normal.

I’m not “begging.” I’m registering an invoice for payment in return for services rendered.

And some people don’t know how to appreciate being admired.

It’s a matter of interpretation.

I wouldn’t tell a dog to stop sitting still and silent.

I always said, “If you’re a good boy/girl I will save a piece of food for you when I’m done.” They were good dogs and would lay on the floor at my feet patiently waiting. I kept my word, saved them each a small taste of my meal. Such good dogs
