I’ve got an Android, but recently while on a walk, I heard beeping coming from my pocket. It apparently decided it was time to try to log in 5 times in quick succession without knowing my PIN, after which it wiped itself clean. There were some things I could restore from Google, and others that I had backed up to my laptop some months past, but I lost a lot of photos. C’est dommage.
