I never play any games online but I don’t recall seeing someone look relaxed when they use them. Distracted maybe, but not relaxed. Stressed, even.

Way to get those aggressions out.

I tend not to cuss at my video games. I used to read chat and was slightly amused with what young players thought cool to say and the stuff they would ignorantly brag about. You could make a reasonable guess at someone’s age by the dumb stuff they’d put into game chat.

I knew a kid who was given a video game so he could use all that up before school and church services. He was eventually helped to grow out of it. He said his wife thanked his mom and dad.
