When husband was working in a different country, I enjoyed my no human contact days at least once a week. He is retired now and here all the time. I really miss those days.
I was one of those rare people that enjoyed the first couple of weeks of lockdown in 2020. I thought it was a perfect reset. I now take at least one of my weekend days to spend either reading a book or watching tv without any phone around me. It’s a peaceful way to enjoy a day off work instead of always being on the go.
