The bag of candy could be butterscotch but it’s not clear. And I’ve never heard of a butterscotch candy bar, so I’ll assume that’s not. How does this illustration illuminate the caption? Who is the “he” who doesn’t get it, aside from me?
Okay, so thinking about it, I’m figuring maybe the candy bar is the “he” that doesn’t “get” butterscotch, which is what “he” is thinking as he stares at the bag of butterscotch? Is that the joke?
