Before it is too late, we must move to ratify SALT. SALT is not a unilateral favor we are doing the Soviet Union, we should not be penalizing ourselves for Soviet behavior! Mike: Excuse me, Congressman Anderson, but are you sure you're a Republican? You sure don't sound like a Republican! Anderson: Great. Mike: Hey, but what do I know? I'm a Democrat.
