Honey: So how's the new criminal code been working out, comrade? Man: Well, it's taken some getting used to... the new articles provide for the principle of public trial and the right to hire counsel. They also require limited detention and the use of warrants. All these new rights have created considerable confusion. For instance, just recently, "The State vs. the Five Cockroaches" was thrown out on a technicality. Honey: No kidding? What sort of technicality? Man: Scheduling error. Turned out they'd already been executed.
