He used to write position papers for Jesse Jackson. Woman: Jesse Jackson? Oh, dear. You aide isn't by any chance black is he, Lacey? Lacey: As a matter of fact, he is. Why do you ask Consuela? Woman: I'm afraid he might not get here, dear. Palm beach has a town law that's a little...well, special. Willy: My pass card? You guys are kidding, right/ Policeman: Would you step out of the vehicle, please, sir?

The sad thing is that this is not a joke. Palm Beach passed an ordinance “…which requires an identification card to be issued to certain groups of employees, viz, domestic servants, taxi drivers, retail clerks, hotel, restaurant, and bar employees, etc.” Translation: minorities.
Here’s the court case that started the overturning (there were appeals by Palm Beach).
