Mark: 'Morning, campers! We're live from Fig Tree Park, Santa Barbara, today, chatting with... Ted: You can call me Ted or you can call me Ed. Just don't call me Ned! Mark: Okay, Ted, here in Santa Barbara, there are only 100 beds for 2,000 homeless. It's illegal to sleep outdoors after dark. Public drinking is banned. Local grocers pour bleach on discarded food. Also, two homeless men were murdered here within nine months. Ready for the big question, dude? Ted: Ready, bro. Mark: Why the hell are you still here? Ted: Beats me. I've just got this nutty community under my skin.
