Melissa: Ma'am? It's your favorite head case. Psychiatrist: You could be right, Melissa. Melissa: Just kidding, ma'am. I don't flatter myself. Psychiatrist: So the Army never really had your back. Melissa: That's a fact, ma'am. I even had to keep working with the perp! There was one day, though. I was cleaning my weapon in the hangar when he unexpectedly walked in. Without thinking, I raised the barrel until it was pointing directly at him. It pinned him in place. The blood drained from his face for a moment. He experienced what it was like to be completely powerless. Then I lowered my weapon, got up and walked away. Psychiatrist: Wow... that's quite a story, Melissa... Melissa: It's the closest I ever came to justice, ma'am. Psychiatrist: You understand that I''m signaling disapproval? Melissa: Yes, ma'am. And this is me exhibiting remorse.
