Many farmers this year were flooded and were only able to plant a small percent of their usual crops. Some were about to harvest and it snowed! Look for higher prices folks. Of course climate change is a hoax and maybe the farmers are just actors lying about it.

I suppose if you are betting against the house you need all the luck you can get.

I have a cousin back East who lives by the river in a house on posts so it is 12’ above the ground. He has been flooded out 3 times in the last 2 years. Before that it was a rare but not unheard of for it to flood, ergo the stilts, but not 13 to 14 feet deep.

I see utility there unlike the fez.
