The Standing in the Doorway moment of the ’90’s.

And thus ends President King’s tenure.

Lessons will be learned. History will be made. Bruises will be healed in time.

We are tribes. We compete for “turf”. It’s always the same irony – competition competes with cooperation ! We must learn – and soon – or die.

Perhaps the same National Guard that helped integrate Central High School, or the University of Alabama, or the University of Mississippi, etc….

Tribalism is fine as long as they all respect each other. It’s the only way to achieve peace.

He had to walk past six tables of white guys to get to that one.

I remember seeing a movie about this kinda of situation in universities, the polarization of opinions and so, there were some symbols of different ideologies scattered, like swastikas, crosses, rainbows, etc. But can´t remember the name of the movie. Anyone here saw it?

The obvious solution is for the administration to announce a policy requiring segregated tables. Instant revolt and desegregation.
