Opinion isn’t protected if you are knowing lying under oath.

This is the third time Jeremy has interrupted and the judge is just so totally not chastising him. I get that Jeremy is clueless but I presume that the judge isn’t. Did jurors openly commenting on the trial in progress used to actually be a thing that people did, or is this just dramatic license? Probably the latter. :-)

Since this arc begun every time I read it , by pure combination , I am smoking . I know what your comments will be so I tell myself: “I’m a fool”

Just because “everyone” else thinks he’s wrong it doesn’t mean he has to care. Unless, of course, his lack of care hurts anyone else. Which it does.

Nicotine is, among other things, an anti-psychotic drug. So as such, I tried nicotine gum when going through a bout of depression and anxiety. It tasted terrible and just nauseated me.

I get that people generally know the risks. Unfortunately it hits close to home for me as both of my parents developed health problems as a result of smoking. My dad quit in time, but my mom passed away from lung cancer in her early 50s.

Beautiful. Not even a smokescreen!
