The ole presidential avatar. Did Gary ever come up with one for Obama? I always considered how he drew Trump’s as the most vile, ugly, disgusting avatar of them all.
This must’ve been quite some actual time ago. Imagine, a principled representative in the House who steps down when her brain cells aren’t working quite right. There are a lot of Trumpists still sitting in the House and Senate that should step down since they can no longer adhere to their Constitutional oath.
I always loved Trudeau’s symbols for real politicians. The bomb for Newt, the feather for Dan Quayle, Clinton’s waffle. The best were W’s changing headgear and, of course, Ron Headrest.

Gingrich, the man who served his wife, who was in the hospital for cancer treatments, with divorce papers. What an inspiration for the RW ….

I wish real life Democrats were as good as the Doonesbury Democrat stand-ins from 25 years ago….

“Boy, were we naive!”
