I’d bet the John Denver music haters prefer “hip-hop” which is NOT music in any sense of the word! And in 50 years time your grandchildren will tell you so.

John Denver’s songs weren’t and aren’t what I prefer to listen to but they definitely weren’t hideous.

There was a lot of hideous music in the 1970s. You may not like John Denver but his music was definitely not included in that.

Gotta chime in, I liked his music.

“Sweet Surrender” was my favorite of Denver’s. But you guys need to listen to his rendition of “Forest Lawn”. It’s truly hilarious.
