I remember the day this one ran. If I recall correctly, it was on the day that dozens of other comic artists had all coordinated to make sure that they were all running some kind of tribute to Charles Schulz. The majority of syndicated cartoonists participated. Trudeau was one of the few that didn’t, and he caught some flak for it. He had participated in a tribute to Schulz earlier in the year, though.
