June: Ralph, when you first suggested we buy a big, high-definition TV for the super bowl, I had some misgivings. But I must admit, it has really added to my enjoyment of the game! The picture quality is amazing! And we now have DVR, so we can go back and see things over and over again! Like that! I want to see that again! Who knew the super bowl could be this much fun?? Norman: Most people watch the plays again. Mom watches the commercials! June: I love the expression on that monkey's face! Ralph: Five bucks to anyone who can get the remote away from mom!

This is why most men don’t care that most women don’t watch football. I watch the superbowl for the commercials also but I don’t rewind to see them and I usually watch on a different tv than the guys.

I only watch for the commercials. Fortunately, now I can watch them all on the internet and completely forget the game. :)

I LOVE that his MOM got the remote and knows how to use it! I watched the ads this AM (thanks to Yahoo) and skipped to my DVR for Downton Abbey and ID channel stuff! No games for me.
