Did anyone else read the story about the 2 girls who started a lemonade stand to raise money for a father’s day gift? The police closed them down an hour later because they didn’t have a permit, the city clerk said they could have the permit for free since it was a small business, but he couldn’t give them the permit until they had a health inspection. Talk about beurocarcy out of control.
