OH, this wasn’t Pantera’s. This was a diner-type place that catered to veterans and their families. It was located, in fact, inside a shelter for homeless vets here in Boston.

Ralph is on to something. Peanut butter & banana, call it the “Elvis”. Peanut butter & cucumber, call it the “My Little Margie”. Peanut butter, mayo, bologne & lettuce, call it “My Favorite”. Oh the combinations are endless . . .

A little off topic, I wish I could find a place locally that had jelly donuts topped with a peanut butter icing. Not necessarily peanut butter, maybe that stuff they put in reeses cups or nutter butters.
