Do you realize M&M’s are the perfect food? They say your plate should be colorful & chocolate is a vegetable- so! Dark chocolate is even better if you can get dark chocolate M&M’s

I am going to have to try adding M&M’s to my PB&J sandwich, wonder why I never thought of that before? (Think I’ll skip the chips tho, way to much sodium).
