This is terrific! My IRA is invested in the diabetes industry. Drink up and make me rich!

I’ve been to lots of movies like that, where I was practically the only one in the theater— which gives you an idea of my taste in movies.

What about the popcorn?

To be more precise: one of their “Ralph Drabble Drink Cups”…

It partly has to do with copyright. Cartoon characters have to have distinctive features – like Charlie Brown’s round head and zig-zag stripe on his shirt, Buxley’s bead (too big for pearls) necklace and LBD.

Because it’s funny?

Ralph already must have sugar diabetes, hence the need to quench his thirst. But, maybe it is just a big cup of Diet Mt Dew

I also wondered about wearing the apron to the movie theater—until I realized, when looking at panel one again, that the apron gives the artist a convenient place to put today’s date in the strip …

It gives simple-minded folk something to talk about. Apron or no apron? Discuss. Pearls, yay or nay?
