I can relate Ralph.

There is nothing on the highway more despicable than a lane-clogger.

Haven’t washed my car in months. With the water restrictions, it’s not allowed.

Philip KellyEveryone knows going the speed limit obstructs traffic, makes police fight crime instead of issuing revenue-producing tickets, reduces “awl bidness” profits, and minimizes damage in wrecks.

Indianapolis will ticket you for blocking traffic flow. Posted speed on 465 is 55. average speed is 70.

I’ve found that Virginia drivers are the worst for driving slow in the left lane.

And I’ll just bet that a “certain person” was just saying “Slow down, Ralph!” :-)

And Ralph’s car also doesn’t have seatbelts.

“Going slow” translates to actually following the speed limit. Sad that the US has so many (nearly 100%) drivers who only follow the law when a cop is visible. I got hit by an idiot running the red, and the cops just happened to be right behind him, so he actually had to deal with the accident instead of run off, which would have made his offense much worse in the eyes of the law.

Because she is a miserable person. Kevin Fagan must hate women, or at least had a horrible experience with one.
