It’s mostly the stores that do this. Some years ago, I saw Christmas decorations up in late July in a mall. I think they figured out that was WAY too soon, as I only saw that once.
By the way, I wish I lived in an area where it cools down after Labor Day. I’ve lived most of my life in places where it doesn’t cool down until late October!
