I still have a S-VHS machine stored away. My typewriter didn’t come with me on my last move, though. And I have a Crosley combo record-cassette-CD player/recorder, though the last time I used it was in about 2011 to listen to the LP of the St. Louis Cardinals 1982 Championship season.

There is hope, after all, you can still buy 8 track tape players on eBay.

That’s why I still have a VHS player. A lot of my favorite oldies have never been issued in DVDs.

I use my typewriter to address envelopes to send snail mail to those without Internet access, although it is getting harder to find ribbons for it.

I’m pretty sure Disney’s got that covered. They convert to the newest form all the time. DVD, Blue-Ray, and now you can buy most in digital format.
