They actually make neat little umbrellas that hook to the back of the dog’s harness! My dachshunds don’t like rain either:-)

Next time Norm, grab an umbrella for each hand. No one said you can have only one umbrella.

This just goes to prove what we’ve known all along, Norm’s all wet.
