Princess never watches TV. She’d rather look out the front window. There’s no telling when a person or another dog will go by. When they do, she gets pretty excited.
Reminds of an old Dennis The Menace strip in which Dennis tried to get Ruff into a movie theater by saying, “Why can’t he see it? It’s a dog movie, isn’t it? He’s a dog, isn’t he?”
My friends have a little terrier, maybe 10 pounds, who will bark aggressively at any animal on screen. The funniest is when he freaks out at the lion at the beginning of an MGM movie. Go get ’em Milo.
We used to think our cat just liked watching animals on TV, but lately he seems to watch about anything we do. He got really interested in a home fix-up show the other night. Go figure!
Lindy would watch the Westminster Dog Show; the rest all ignored the TV, even promos for Little House on the Prairie (“Little House” was the command to go to their crates).

You have to admit that there’s some logic to what Wally is saying!

Maybe we people need to watch more dog (and cat) TV.

My cat watches the Humana commercials, likes to chase the moving line and hit the TV. The Weather Channel too.

When the doorbell rings on TV my dog barks at the door and the cat would run to hide. He didn’t like strangers.
