Eno: your honor, we the jury find the defendant guilty. Eno: And we tried to come up with a sever punishment. Eno: We think a couple weeks of jury duty should do it.
I’ve been on jury duty twice, two times too many. I hated it. The second time we found a stepfather innocent of rape of his stepdaughter. The Uncle jumped over the barrier and came at us. Never Again!!!! (thankfully I’m past the age they ask)
Sounds about like the case about two months ago when a teacher was found guilty of raping one of his under age students. The judge said at the sentencing hearing that Moralez seemed “older than her chronological age.” Defendant Stacey Rambold, 54, received 15 years in prison WITH ALL BUT A MONTH SUSPENDED. In the meantime, before the trial, the girl committed suicide..http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2013/08/28/teacher-rape-montana/2722817/

Soon juries will be made up of a group of guilty people.

If I ever do jury duty, I fear I’ll be serving with 11 people just like Eno.

I think the guilty party was on trial for avoiding jury duty. A just sentence.
