I have noticed a similar phenomenon through out my life. I can easily spend twice as much time and energy avoiding the very thing I don’t want to waste time and energy on and still have to do it.
How true. Often we will spend more time and energy to find or free up a “work saving” device than it would if we just did the job the old fashioned way.
Snow shoveling (in not too crazy amounts) is something I enjoy doing. It is the one activity I can do where I don’t get overheated. I usually have just two pairs of socks, snow boots, jeans and a tee-shirt. If the wind is blowing, I will wear a wind breaker and gloves (but the gloves often get set aside as my hands overheat). And even then I still break a pretty good sweat, but at least that helps keep me cool. I have to admit I have gotten many a stare. :o) As well as requests to help OTHER people shovel. LOL

Then Eno will have to physically shovel the walk.

I call B. S.! Eno would never do that much work… Unless he was looking for a lost case of beer… Maybe…☺

But,would Eno really have found his way back thru the maze?

Fang hid it. The longer Eno is out, the more beer for him.

Don’t worry, Eno, it’ll turn up in a month or two.
